Poor quality of the hotstampings, nearly dislodge on every shirt Staff was not very helpful Recommend to buy jerseys in the official store in estadio ramón sánchez pizjuán, much better quality for the same price

I went there on the 05/08/2023 to buy some presents for a friend and the service was terrible, the lady that it works there was rude and disgraceful to the brand. the staff member provided a very poor customer service and also she created an extremely unfriendly environment.

Nice shirts and merch but it would be nice if they'd hire some genuine football fans who can at least say hi to the customer and stop talking to eachother during checkout. I'm pumping € 80 into your club for a shirt, at least look at me. Visited on 16-12-2022, staff were 2 young women.

If you are a fan of football/soccer and looking for jerseys/shirts you can’t normally find in bigger retailers, then definitely check out this store. While they had a variety of of shirts, jerseys, hoodies, and bottoms, they had limited sizes available when I was there; mostly XLs. The main reason I am giving this store a low rating is due to the lackadaisical attitude of the staff who were there on the day I visited (Jan. 19, 2020). While I understand that retail is not the most exciting/rewarding job, it is a job nonetheless and you should do it the best of your ability. I highly implore the management of the store to review the way they train their employees in customer service. A simple “Hello, how are you?” goes a long way.

Came to the store planning to buy 3 kits, but unfortunately did not buy any in the end. There were 3 workers, of which one was talking on the phone and the other two were talking with eachother, while none of them came to ask or offer me something. It says on the front door that everything is at 50%, but the prices on the apparel were the old ones. Not the best experience to be honest.
